Water heater installation and repair

No hot water on a Monday morning is not an emergency in the way a flooded floor is, but it does not feel that way at the time. We install and repair water heaters.

Most of what goes wrong is one of a handful of things: a pilot or igniter that has given up, a thermocouple, a failed element, a thermostat, or sediment in the bottom of the tank making it work twice as hard as it should. Some of those are a repair. Some of those mean the tank has reached the end and you are better off replacing it than paying twice.
